Carnegie Vanguard High School Relocation Project - This HISD Magnet school is being relocated to our neighborhood. Construction is scheduled to begin January of 2011, and the school to open for the Fall semester 2012. 

Alden Place sewer reconstruction (Substitute Service GFS R-2011-43-2) - We hear from the City Dept. of Public Works & Engineering that Phase II, when the city will connect houses into the new lines, will begin May or June 2010.
